When you submit a project inquiry or otherwise communicate with Arc & Anthem, you may provide:

- information about your business, project, marketing needs, or questions
- any additional information you choose to include
Business or organization information and website information are optional on our inquiry form.
Technical information
When you visit the website, our hosting, security, or technical service providers may automatically process information such as:

- operating system
- referring page or website
- pages requested
- date and time of access
- basic server, security, and diagnostic information
Information from service providers
We may receive information necessary to operate the website or respond to requests from service providers that process information on our behalf.
Please do not submit sensitive information
Arc & Anthem does not ask you to submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, passwords, health information, biometric information, precise geolocation, or other highly sensitive personal information through the Project Inquiry form.
Please do not include this type of information in an inquiry unless we specifically request it through an appropriate method.

Submitting a project inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing list.

We process information you provide when you ask about potentially working with Arc & Anthem so we can respond to your request and determine appropriate next steps.

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

Arc & Anthem is based in the United States, and some of our service providers operate in the United States or other countries.
If you provide personal information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with international-transfer requirements, your information may be processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for these transfers, appropriate mechanisms may be used, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.

You are not legally required to provide personal information simply to browse this website.
Certain information—such as your name, email address, and information about what you are contacting us about—is required if you choose to submit a Project Inquiry because we need it to understand and respond to your request.
Optional fields are identified as optional.

Automated decision-making
Arc & Anthem does not currently use information collected through this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Technology and AI may support business operations, but project inquiries and client decisions involve human review.
